Once you have determined your selling price – the odds are that you should have done a CMA (performed by a REALTOR ), at this point you may want to decide how you plan on listing your property. No matter how you want to sell your home – the most effective way to sell your home is to list your property on the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s MLS® System. The MLS® System is the single most powerful marketing tool to help sell your home. Recent figures suggest 90% of homes in Canada are sold through MLS®. MLS® is a co-operative database for realtors, home sellers and buyers. Only a REALTOR® can list properties onto the MLS® System.
